Registration Information
Registration is now open. The fees listed below include access to all technical sessions, abstracts, and program as well as two refreshment breaks each day, and a Welcome Reception on Sunday, 21. A Banquet will be held on Thursday, July 25 with purchase of a registration with banquet.
Registration for the congress is made through the submissions portal at https://submissions.wccm2024.org/. If you are a Presenting Author and have account on the submissions site, login and click on "Registration" on the left side menu. If you are a Non-Presenter, you will need to create an account on the submission site if you have not done so already. After creating your account, click on "Registration" on the left side menu.
Registration information for completing the online form.
- All fees are in USD.
- Member rates applies to those who are a member of IACM or one of its affiliates.
- Full registrations rates are for faculty, industry researchers, post-doctoral fellow and any other non-student participant.
- Student rates are for undergraduate and graduate students in a degree seeking program at an academic institution. Validation of your student status in the for a photo school ID or other documentation will be requested when registering.
- Presenters will be asked to identify their abstract when registering.
- Accompanying Person tickets may be purchased for $175/each. An Accompanying person has access ONLY to the Welcome Reception on Sunday, July 21 and the Congress Banquet on Thursday, July 25.
- You may register for a Short Course as part of your congress registration. The Short Courses being offered are listed at https://www.wccm2024.org/W24_Short_Courses
- Payment may be made by credit card (preferred) or offline with a wire transfer. If you are paying by wire transfer you must complete the registration form first, then select the option to pay offline on the checkout page. There is an additional $50 charge for paying by wire transfer.

Requests for refunds must be made by June 15. Write to admin@conferences-usacm.org. No refunds will be approved after June 15, 2024. There is a $50 refund fee that will be deducted for any refunds.
