Best Presentation Awards for Female Researchers

Elsevier and the Female Researchers' Chapter of the International Association for Computational Mechanics (IACM-FRC) are sponsoring merit-based awards for best presentations at WCCM2024 for female researchers in three categories:

1. Graduate student
2. Postdoctoral appointee
3. Junior researcher (defined as 5 years or less since Ph.D)

The past recipients in all categories are not qualified for three years to be reconsidered for the same award.

The winning applicants will receive a monetary award and will be recognized at the Women 's Networking Event (July 22nd, 2024).

To apply, please fill out the google form (bit.ly/4cxXJ7Q) by July 12th, 2024 with your CV (2 pages maximum) and a link to your recorded 5 -minute short talk.

Depending on the number of applicants, the accomplishments reflected by the CV will be used to down-select those who make it to the second round where their presentations will be reviewed.
